    Hi Elsie!
    I have been visiting and practicing your lessons for a few weeks now. I really love your work and whenever I hear your voice through my ipod, I feel positive energy and happy. My yoga time becomes my favorite time of the day. I just want you to know that you have helped me in so many ways as I practice your lessons. I used to have problem with my spinal bones and legs, now my legs are strong and I can do poses that I think I can never make it. I started to get the ‘ Ah-ha!” things in my head. We really can control our body! Yey! I feel happy and my health is getting better everytime I do it!

    I can never thank you enough.
