All right. I think my job today is to take a picture of this pose! It is also referred to as Eye of the Needle, or Figure 4 pose. The sanskrit name for it is Sucirandhrasana, the Suci part is pronounced like Suki. I didn’t find any pics on line so hopefully I’ll have someone take a pic today

I really enjoyed this class today, the first time I really committed to doing the class. My first podcast yoga class!! It was great.
