Ayurvedic Home Remedies!!!!! Sunday January 7th!!!!

This is my dear ayurveda teacher Arun Deva. His upcoming workshop is going to be phenomenal. I soooooo wish to go, but I’m not sure I’m going to be able to make it! Aghhhhh!!!! Here’s how he described the workshop to me:

I intend to make it a very hands on workshop. There will be teas
prepared, chyavanprash passed around, aromatic oils sniffed
etc…herbs tasted…yummies all around!

 

I have to say ‘tea’, ‘aromatic oils’ and ‘yummies all around’ is all too much for me to bear

 

Arun has an insight that is truly wisdom filled. He is humble, honest and truly passionate about healing. If any of you happen to want to know more about Ayurveda, the science of life, sister science to yoga, you must get to this workshop. It is here that you can truly begin to understad how truly sensual and healing nature is.
